URSA TLP 114-MAN and 42-MAN Quarters Building

The 114-Man Quarters Building for Shell/BP/Exxon/Conoco is a USCG-certified, three-level stressed-skin structure spanning the hull columns of the URSA Tension Leg Platform. Measuring approximately 180 feet by 46 feet, the facility provides full living accommodations for 114 personnel, with food service capacity for 156. The 150-foot-long quarters section includes housing, laundry, recreation, office, and communication spaces, while the remaining area supports critical storage, including conditioned storage areas. The building was designed to meet US Coast Guard regulations and the intent of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and the Uniform Building Code, and is equipped with modern HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, communication, and emergency systems.
