Rose Hill Compressor Station

NELSON has provided detailed engineering services to Kinder Morgan for more than two decades. The 2024 Rose Hill Compressor Station in Enterprise, Mississippi, involved developing a greenfield facility with 20,000 hp of natural gas compression, including a compressor building with two Solar Taurus 70 turbine drivers, fuel gas systems, pipeline tie-ins, a gas meter station, and supporting plant infrastructure. Due to the fixed pipeline tie-in location, the project required extensive civil and structural work. About 10 acres were graded through major cut-and-fill operations, moving an estimated 250,000 dump truck loads of soil. NELSON provided full detailed design and construction support.
